Yes! The program is suitable for anyone, no matter your previous exercise experience. It will be tailored to meet your abilities.
Is it suitable for postnatal?
Yes! I'm a pre and postnatal certified coach. I can help with any modifications needed.
Can it be done remotely?
Yes! The program will be conducted online through the use of a dedicated app and a WhatsApp group for communication and support.
Will I have to follow a meal plan?
No! You will have some daily nutrition targets, but there will be no strict unrealistic meal plans for you to follow.
