I couldn’t recommend Louise highly enough. Professional and friendly she really motivates you to push yourself. I love my sessions and have noticed a huge difference since I started. Louise will talk through and listen to what you want and tailor to suit. She is highly knowledgeable in what she does and explains things well to make sure you are getting the best out of the session.
